Service Calls | Repairs and Maintenance

Laidlaw Australia prides itself on our after sales service. We were established in 1990 and retain the majority of our original customers.

All our equipment comes with a full comprehensive warranty which covers the machine for a period of between 12 months to 3 years depending on the equipment. All warranty repairs are handled in WA. This warranty covers for all manufacturing defects, but does not cover for operator error or misuse.
Wherever possible repairs and maintanance are conducted in your premises. We also endeaver to keep your downtime to a minimum and if the problem is time consuming we will make available a loan machine if possible.

We also offer maintanance agreements with any of our equipment.

Laidlaw Australia have a fully qualified mobile technician who is able to service and repair any make and manufacturer of any print finishing equipment which includes all types of binding machines, laminating machines, guillotines, drilling machines, folding machines, trimming boards, stapling machines and much more.
